If you want to join the Educational Expertise Exchange Network, you will have to meet a few important criteria. For opportunities at the highest level, the most important criterion is that you must be an education expert. What we mean by that is that you have had significant experience at a very senior level, for example as a Director of Education (Schools Superintendent), a senior officer in a local government education post, as an Inspector of Schools (employed full time in that role) or have worked in a leading role in a national agency.
If you have not worked in such a senior role, but still have significant experience in education or some other area, we would still be happy for you to tell us about your expertise and skills. We already have colleagues who are not senior educationalists, but who have a range of useful skills such as research, project management, NLP expertise or training and facilitation skills. Whatever you have to offer, let us know and we will contact you if a suitable opportunity crops up.
