Why Use E3Net to conduct a Review?

We have the expertise, and we deliver the results.

Many consultant’s reviews are just audits of current processes.  The result can at times be a list of recommendations that create an additional burden on management: improving accountability but not productivity.  

The E3Net approach is different – significantly different.  We will never bring forward recommendations that create an unnecessary burden; our aim is to build capacity in the organisation, not just recommending changes, but actually delivering improvement as part of the review.   

The way we do this is by working with staff to identify issues and opportunities for improved organisational alignment and effectiveness.  We take knowledge and put it to use for the organisation, improving morale, efficiency and effectiveness.

Each of our reviews therefore delivers three different things:

1. Knowledge - necessary to make decisions

2. Plans and Strategies - for improvement

3. Action - realised improvements in current practice

This approach does not create additional work for managers, but builds the capacity of the system and free managers to focus on their most important areas of responsibility.
