We are particularly interested in developing capacity so that local services become better placed to deliver improved services without ongoing support.

 

We are conscious that there are a great number of excellent education services worldwide; in schools, in local governments and in national agencies, but we are also aware that there is not always the capacity to deliver excellent services, identify and share good practice, manage change and adapt to new approaches all at the same time.

 

That is where we come in.  As well as finding internal support through colleagues who have expertise but are busy delivering their own services, we can provide experts who have themselves managed services, developed good practice and led change at the highest levels.
